As a certified PsyCap Potential© practitioner and NeuroLeadership© Brain-Based coach, I help individuals in high-pressure industries, athletes, mid-level, and top-level executives understand their brain functions and psychological capabilities so they may build positive behaviours and reach their full leadership and performance potential. My approach to coaching takes into account the whole person, including my clients' professional and personal lives.

Background
Yvonne is an Organisational Psychologist, a PsyCap Potential© practitioner and NeuroLeadership© Brain-Based coach, currently getting a second post-graduate degree in Applied Neuroscience at King's College, London. She currently leads a renowned neuroscience-informed coaching retreat called "Design Your Life" for individuals looking to transform the quality of their lives. Previously as Head of Identity at Booking.com, Yvonne had enabled and uplifted colleagues most in need based on identity through targeted talent interventions, mentoring programs, and other Leadership development programs. Yvonne has a history of leading initiatives to increase diversity in the IT industry. She previously worked at Microverse, an international school for software engineers that promotes peer-to-peer learning and invests in undiscovered talent, before joining Booking.com. Her prior position was as Manager of Learning Programs and Gender Equality Consultant at Gitgirl, a digital school and consultancy with the mission of providing women in low-income economies with the education and support they need to pursue jobs in technology. She uses her free time to help ethnic minorities succeed by mentoring over 500 people from 115 different countries.
