An important solution to feeling stuck, experiencing low self-esteem, lacking in skills and body confidence, and generally not feeling like you are living a full and balanced/happy life is building sustainable wellness routines. When you understand how your brain works and your capacity, you can come up with commitments and action items that you feel responsible for. It's not enough to copy the habits of others and routines from famous people, because they may actually not work for you. This program is a group workshop that teaches you to: - Perform an accurate self-reflection of your current wellbeing state - Understand the true reason behind your motivation - Be guided and empowered to design the habits and wellbeing routines you can commit to - Each person is different, and you'd get tailored support to get you to commit to habits that matter to you - Come out on the other side of this workshop ready to kickstart your wellness journey
