PsyCap Potential measures five psychological capability constructs – mental agility, emotional agility, confidence, resilience and drive – that have been shown to measure and predict performance and potential in the workplace. Get the best of both worlds by gaining powerful assessment and development insights into your leadership capability and future stretch potential, while gaining expert insights via a 1-1 virtual feedback session.
